Sudan is the most vulnerable country in the world
It is pathetic we have allowed these atrocities to go on for so many years.
As evidenced in yet another ER, we are in the no win scenario. People complain if we don’t intervene.
Then if we do intervene- we again get ‘attacked’ by foreigners.
My issue with Clooney etc is not bringin attention to Darfur. The issue is pretending
they are the first to do so, and not clearly portraying the reality of the matter.
They blissfully ignore yet another Islamic jihad being perpetrated against black Christians
and aminists in the south of Sudan. If they’d speak the truth about the matter (instead of
just, oh, look at the suffering) and address the reason for the suffering.
