Objective: To equip God’s people to expand God’s kingdom through shepherding and discipleship. 

Pastoral Experiences

• Built a foundation of biblical & theological knowledge focused on life change.
• Created discipleship curriculum to mature & equip members.
• Spearheaded the transformation of our worship (building a worship team & adding ‘modern’ worship music).
• Stabilized a congregation after a split, allowing the wounds to heal.
• Transitioned the congregation into a more visible, accessible location for growth.
• Organized and lead two one-week mission trips to Mexico City.
• Mentored young pastors and supervised a pastoral intern. 

Pastoral Commitments

• Reformed & Evangelical Theology as found in The Westminster Confession of Faith & The Heidelberg Catechism.
• Grace-orientation as exhibited in the ministries of Sonship, and Tim Keller. 
• Missional view of the Church (living as missionaries in our own culture).
• Complementarian- men & women are equal but different, exhibited by male leadership in the home & church.
